Payment methods - Internet provider Kopiyka

Commission-free payment with Visa/MasterCard

Go to the personal cabinet using the link https://stat.kopiyka.net/
Open the "Top up account" section
Choose the "Payment by Visa\MasterCard" option
Enter the top-up amount and click "Next"
Add a new card or use one of the previously added cards for topping up
Within 10 minutes, the funds will be credited to your account

ATTENTION! In the personal account, there is a function "Automatic account replenishment from Visa/Mastercard cards". To activate it, you need to add a card (you can add several) and check the "Auto-replenishment from this card" box. After activation, during the next deduction of funds for services, the payment will be automatically debited from the linked cards.

Using payment systems

Go to the website privat24.ua. In the "All Services" menu, select "Комуналка" (Communal Services).
Then choose "Оплата заборгованості" (Payment of arrears) and enter "копійка".
In the list, select "Копійка, Интернет" (Kopiyka, Internet).
In the next menu, enter the Personal Payment Code and click "Далі" (Next). The code is specified in the personal cabinet or can be provided by the operator; contact numbers are listed at the bottom of this page.
In the "Сума" (Amount) field, enter the payment amount and click "Далі" (Next).
The payment goes into the cart. Then go to the cart and click "Підтвердити" (Confirm).
Confirm the payment with an SMS password.
Within 10 minutes, the funds will be credited to your account, and internet access will be activated.

PrivatBank terminals

The nearest terminal to you can be found on this map.
Press the [Комунальні платежі] (Utility payments) menu item on the terminal.
After that, select [Знайти підприємство за назвою або за реквізитами] (Find a company by name or details).
Enter the name "копійка" and click [Продовжити] (Continue).
Click [Копійка].
Enter the Personal Payment Code and click [Продовжити] (Continue). The code is specified in the personal account or can be provided by the operator; contact numbers are listed at the bottom of this page.
Check the full name (to ensure there are no errors in the payment code), if necessary, change the payment amount (initially, the amount to be paid is indicated in the payment amount field, including the arrears + the subscription fee for the next month), and click [Продовжити] (Continue).
After entering the required amount, click [Сплатити] (Pay).
Within 10 minutes, the funds will be credited to your account, and internet access will be activated.

City24 terminals

To top up through City24, select our logo in the internet providers section and enter the personal payment code.
After that, the terminal will display the full name, subscription fee, and the balance on the account.
Enter the required amount and press the pay button.
Within 5 minutes, the funds will be credited to your account, and internet access will be activated.

EasyPay terminals

You can find the address of the nearest EasyPay terminal in Lviv on the location map.
To top up through EasyPay, select our logo in the "Internet Providers and Television" section and enter the personal payment code.
After that, the terminal will display the full name, account status, and subscription fee.
Enter the required amount and press the pay button.
Within 5 minutes, the funds will be credited to your account, and internet access will be activated.

24NonStop terminals

Check the address of the nearest terminal in Lviv here.
To top up via 24nonStop, select our logo in the "internet providers" section and enter your personal payment code.
After that, your full name and account status will be displayed on the terminal.
Enter the required amount and press the pay button.
Within 5 minutes, the funds will be credited to your account, and internet access will be activated.
