Plan terms
- The plan is available to individuals for home use who have not used Kopiyka’s services at this address during the last 4 months. The following are not considered new connections: transferring the contract to another person or relative at the same address, a name change, reconnection after disconnection, or moving a contract from another address.
- The plan is valid in Kopiyka’s coverage area, except Lviv, Birky, Briukhovychi and Malekhiv, subject to technical feasibility. Check coverage at your address
- Requests are accepted until 31.10.2026 inclusive. A connection under a timely submitted request can be completed later, on an agreed date. If a connection date cannot be agreed within 30 days after the request, the plan reservation is cancelled.
- Apartment buildings: 2899 UAH for 24 months. Private houses and small apartment buildings: 3499 UAH for 24 months. The payment is one-time for the whole period; installments are not available.
- The plan is valid for 24 months from the day the service is activated.
- Standard connection is free. Concealed cable routing, ground or construction works and pole installation are paid separately. We announce their cost in advance and perform these works only with your consent.
- The optical terminal (ONU) is provided for use for the whole period and remains Kopiyka’s property.
- A Wi-Fi router is not included. For speeds close to 500 Mbps we recommend a gigabit dual-band router with Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 7.
- Within 14 calendar days from activation you can cancel the service and get 100% of the amount paid back. No explanation needed.
- Temporary suspension is not available on this plan.
- The plan cannot be combined with other promotions, except the Refer a friend program.
- The plan terms do not change during the paid period.

Questions about the plan
Is the plan available at my address?
The plan is valid in Kopiyka’s coverage area, except Lviv, Birky, Briukhovychi and Malekhiv. Check coverage at your address.
I’m already a Kopiyka subscriber. Can I switch to Perekhid?
No. The plan is designed for new subscribers. If you have not used our services at this address for the last 4 months, you can connect it.
What does the free connection include?
A technical feasibility check, standard optical cable installation, installation and activation of the optical terminal, connection setup and a service check.
How do I get a refund if I don’t like it?
Within 14 calendar days from activation, contact us by phone, in the online chat or with a written request. We will refund the money within 10 business days after the undamaged equipment is returned and the request is completed. The guarantee applies once per subscriber and address.
If I move, will the paid period be kept?
Yes. The remaining paid period is transferred to the new address within the coverage area if technically feasible. The connection at the new address is paid at the current rate, and the 24-month term does not restart.
Can I change the plan before the 24 months end?
Yes. The unused part of the payment is credited to your personal account in proportion to the remaining days and applied to the new plan.
What happens after the 24 months end?
7 days before the end we will send an SMS, a Viber message or a notification in your personal account with the available plans. If you do not choose one yourself, we will switch you to the current plan for your type of building. No money is charged automatically; billing then becomes monthly.
