Live network monitoring: real-time RTT

We are confident in the quality of our connection, so we publish our technical metrics openly. Independent ArgusNOC servers in cities around the world measure latency (RTT) and packet loss to the Kopiyka backbone (AS51500) every 10 seconds over IPv4 and IPv6. No hidden or made-up numbers – only real data, refreshed on the map automatically every 30 seconds.

You can zoom and pan the map (mouse wheel or two fingers), and click a city to see detailed latency statistics and a chart.

Kopiyka is an ArgusNOC partner and uses the premium version of this powerful service. Beyond independent real-time testing, it instantly alerts our engineers to anomalies and suboptimal routes – and we fix them promptly.

How to read the map

What the colors mean

Green

Normal: usual latency, no packet loss.

Yellow

Latency 1.5 times (or 20 ms) above the usual daily level, or packet loss up to 5%.

Red

Packet loss above 5%, or no data from the probe.

Click a city to see the average latency over 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 3 hours and 24 hours, plus a chart. A grey marker means the probe is temporarily not sending data.

Who it is for

Transparency instead of promises

Gamers

Most game servers for players in Ukraine are hosted in European data centers. The map shows the real ping to European cities – and that is what decides how fast a game responds to your actions.

Business

Independent round-the-clock monitoring of the channel over IPv4 and IPv6. Stable latency without loss is critical for IP telephony, video conferencing, VPN and cloud services. More – Internet for business.

Routing

High latency to a specific destination?

Tell us where exactly: the game and server region, a website or an IP address. Our engineers will look into it and, where possible, reroute the traffic via a different path – we have an extensive network of channels.

To help us find the cause faster, attach the output of tracert (Windows) or mtr (Linux, macOS) to the server in question.
